Midweek Mindful Meditation

TSS students are embracing a new club, the Midweek Mindful Meditation. Every Wednesday any interested student is welcome to join Mr. Davidson and the rest of the group for 5-10 minutes at the beginning of lunch for a meditation or mindfulness activity. To begin, we will practice a short meditation and learn deep breathing techniques. >
