Grade 5s at Crawford Lake

TEAM Grade 5s enjoyed a wonderful day learning the Iroquoian way of life at Crawford Lake last Tuesday. They were eager to learn the life of the longhouse, their fire-making techniques, and the importance of the Three Sisters. Students hiked around the lake to see wood carvings of Species at Risk like the Monarch Butterfly, the Hooded Warbler, and the Jefferson Salamander.
