Midweek Mindful Meditation
TSS students are embracing a new club, the Midweek Mindful Meditation. Every Wednesday any interested student is welcome to join Mr. Davidson and the rest of the group for 5-10 minutes at the beginning of lunch for a meditation or mindfulness activity. To begin, we will practice a short meditation and learn deep breathing techniques.
As the weeks progress, we will learn other meditation techniques and engage in a variety of mindfulness exercises. Students may come regularly or just once in a while, whatever they feel comfortable with. Each week, the activity will be posted in the Midweek Mindful Meditation group on Edsby.
Any videos we use will be posted there in case students would like to continue their meditation or mindfulness practice on their own.
