An Owly Day At Mountsberg!
TEAM School Grade 4s visited wetlands of the Mountsberg Conservation Area last week. The students had an opportunity to enjoy this birdwatcher’s paradise. They explored various habitats and even walked off the path to discover the untouched woods. They found many hidden habitats under logs and rocks. Looking at the frogs and turtles in the pond was another highlight of the day. The students also came face to face with a great horned owl, bald eagle and a snow owl. A lot of the students are planning to ask their parents to bring them back and to explore more!
