Statement on Inclement Weather

Today is NOT a snow day. Buses are running and our schools are open.

If you think there is a possibility of a snow day, there are two good ways to check:
 

1) Click this webpage (the quickest and most up-to-the-minute way)
 

2) Check your email (but only if you are subscribed to the Weekly Update)
 

Snow days will be posted to this page no later than 7:00 a.m. If you are checking this page after 7:00 a.m. and it says that it is not a Snow Day, then the school is open and the buses are running as usual.
 

If a “Snow Day” has been declared:
 

1) All school activities are cancelled unless posted otherwise on this page;
 

2) That “day” in the cycle is skipped - for example, if a Snow Day occurs on a Day 1, then those classes are skipped and the following day would be a Day 2.
 

Indoor Recess
 

When the temperature reaches -20 degrees Celsius (absolute temperature or windchill temperature), students in the Primary, Intermediate, and TEAM divisions do not go outside for recess.
